Featured Image not showing

Hi,

Very great plugin. I am using it for a cliënt of my with one room in a Bed & Breakfast. It worked fine. But after a update or something, it’s not showing it’s featured Image anymore.

Also using WPML and it’s on every language the same issue. I have changed the image, delete and add it again, changed different thing but nothing seems to help.

Can somebody please help me?
