I am using an IPad and when going through the steps to book I click the confirm reservation and it enters a mobile view and nothing is displayed. I then click Exit Mobile View and it it refreshes with not data.
Now if I go through the steps again I can click confirm reservation and it does not enter the mobile view. It only happens first time someone goes through the steps. What can I do to stop this?
Thanks for your question. Most likely there is installed AMP plugin (Accelerated Mobile Pages). It disables CSS and Javascript to load the pages faster on mobile devices. You may check if there is an option to disable the AMP on certain pages and disable it on the pages with booking forms, calendars, and checkout form.
