Could the Page Editor interact with post submit plugin?

I want to use a front-end post submit plugin, eg. cred or gravity forms , let the user submit their post in the front-end.

Does the page builder interact with these plugins? If could, how?

Unfortunately we did not have a chance to test Content Editor with mentioned plugins. You can test it with Lite version and share your experience here. Thank you.
