Maybe this is a silly question but, does the clients able to cancel the booking they have made?Hi Ricardo,
There is no option for the guests to cancel the reservation via the account.
The guests can cancel their reservations by following a link in the email notification. You can learn more by reading this article https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-general-settings/#Booking_confirmation_and_cancellation_settings
