Calendar Loading Stuck

    New Calendar loads fine for me in multiple browsers. Loading animations is stuck for client and continually plays that swoosh wipe thing. He is on a PC and tried most recent version of Chrome, firefox and Edge (why i dont know lol).

    The only differences is that I am on a Mac, and I can’t imagine this is a PC issue. We have tried multiple browsers, so that seems unlikely since all having the issue.

    Could this be something local on his router or computer??

    Hi Thomas,
    If the issue happens only on one customer’s PC, it’s most likely browser/environment related rather than a problem with the Hotel Booking plugin itself.

    Recommended checks for the customer:

    • clear browser cache/cookies
    • try another browser or incognito mode
    • disable ad blockers/security extensions temporarily
    • make sure JavaScript is enabled and the browser is updated
    • try a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5)
    • temporarily disable antivirus/VPN/proxy if used

    Also ask them to check the browser console (F12 → Console) for any JavaScript or AJAX errors and send screenshots.
    In many similar cases, the loading spinner is caused by blocked or cached JS/AJAX files on the client side.
