availability – center

Hello,
on the accommodation page, at the very bottom it automatically adds Availability and Reservation Form. It would be nice to remove them from here, because I added using shortcode: [mphb_availability id=412] at the beginning of the page. So I would like to remove this. I can hide the do with additional css, but then the shortcode: [mphb_availability id=412] doesn’t work.
If it can’t be removed, how can I center it?

If you prefer using CSS I will kindly ask you to provide URL of the page where I can check it. Thanks
