Accommodations not in the same order?

Hi guys,

On our Homepage the Accommodations sit nicely in the order we’d like our customers to view them. However when you click on the Accommodations Tab they are laid out in a different order.

I have tried amending the ‘Order’ number in the back office but this changes the Homepage Order to a different order.

How can we either sync the listings to be laid out the same across the Pages or manually amend the Accommodations Page in order for it to match the Homepage?

Hi, Mark!

Looks like you are using [mphb_rooms] shortcode on Accommodations page. In order to change the accommodation types order in the shortcode you should use orderby and order parameters. Make sure they match the ones configured in the Accommodation Types widget on Home page. The shortcode will look as follows:

[mphb_rooms orderby="ID" order="ASC"]

You may find all the available parameter values for the shortcode under Accommodation ->Shortcodes tab: https://prnt.sc/t8y5ah.

Hey Andre,

Thanks again for your support and advice. Really appreciated.

Unfortunately on this one, I still can not get the Accommodations to be Listed in the Order we want them to be viewed.

They do however now match in the same order between what is shown on the Homepage and the Accommodations Page. But still not listed, as I say in the Order we want them viewed.

Any additional support or thoughts very much welcomed.
