We are using the Petotel Theme and out Cattery charges per day. THis is because we have a very late checkout the following day. SO cusomter checks in 29/10/24 and out on 30/10/24.. Your system charges 1 night… I need to be able to charge 2 days…. I have Loco translate the change “night/s” to “day/s”… But I need a way to to change the extra day. I thought of using “Fees & Taxes” adn adding an additional day as fee… The problem is I can only use a set amount as a fee… we have 2 seasons and with 3 different rates per season based on the numbers of guests..

    low season : 1 cat x 1 day £22 # 2x cat x 1 day £35 # 3x cat x 1 day £43
    high season : 1 cat x 1 day £25 # 2x cat x 1 day £40 # 3x cat x 1 day £52.50

So in the fee and taxes I need to be able to pull the rate per adult as the “AMOUNT” for the breakdown..

I will be using the checkout date as the rate I need. so if the check in date is in low season but the check out date falls in high season it should pull the high season rate…

Please tell me there is a solution 🙁 Otherwise I cant use this booking system)

I have tried to create come WordPress filters and actions in an isolated plugin but I just cant seem to get it working…

    HELP!

    Hi Austin,
Thanks for your question. The Hotel Booking plugin works on a per-night basis only. When a guest books 1 bight then the date of check-in is blocked only. The date of checkout is not closed or paid as it allows to check-in another guest. Thus there is no need to charge for the date of check-out as the date is not blocked.
There is no option to modify the plugin to work on a per-day basis.
