Recalculate Price does not work when applying coupon code

Hi,
I created a coupon and tried to apply it after the booking was made under the “Additional Information” block. Once I choose it from the drop down and click “Recalculate Price” it doesn’t actually recalculate the price. I tried to update the booking after choosing the coupon and still nothing. Why is this not working?
