    Hi,

I have a question, my country has public holidays in certain months.

    For example:
    15/1/24 – Holiday A
    16/2/24 – Holiday B
    8/3/24 – Holiday C
    10/5/24 – Holiday D

If I want the rate to be different from the normal rate, do I have to create four seasons and apply the season to the accommodation with a different rate?

If my country has 20 public holidays + school holiday seasons. This is quite a lot of work to create each season for the public holiday and apply it to each accommodation type.

    Is there any easier way?

    Hi,
Yes, you need to create a season for each holiday when the price differs and then add it to the rate as a new season price.
Otherwise, you can set up prices at Pricelabs and import them by means of Pricelabs add-on

I am having this same issue; this is an annoying amount of work when importing 20-30 stand alone dates to have to make 20-30 seasons between them. Why can we not implement one standard base rate with the 20-30 different stand alone rate dates over those?

    Hi Anzie,
You can create a season for a whole year, or several years like Jan 1, 2024, – Dec 31, 2026. Then add this season to the rate. Thus you will have a base season price. After this, you may add shorter seasons for holidays, specific periods, etc. Then you can edit the same rate and add the shorter seasons over the base one. The seasons on top have higher priority over the seasons placed lower within the rate.
