Thanks for your question. Could you please clarify what exactly payment gateway you use? I can not see such a payment gateway in WooCommerce by default.
in my case it has no connection with WooCommerce at all (maybe it was a bad idea to hijack this post…)
We are currently still setting up the system. It’s a clean installation of MHBP and we are using the “Test Payment” gateway. After using this gateway we see a (Sandbox-) payment but without any details in Billing Info in Payment History:
Should I open a new thread for this issue? I somehow thought it would/could be a already known problem…
The Billing info form within the Payment is redundant as this information is not required for any online payment gateway. All the customer information can be found in Booking only.
