Problem with the email admin notifications

    The email that is send to the admin for booking confirmation and booking created are not being send to any email, I already fill all spaces in the set up fields with the emails that we will use but only the client receives the email for confirmation, etc. Need urgent help with this, Thanks

    1. Make sure you didn’t disable email notification to admin in settings.
    2. Make sure your email address is correct.
    3. Install any plugin like WP Mail SMTP and send test email to yourself.
    4. Check Spam folder.

    Review your configuration while nobody else reported this issue.

    I also had an issue with emails not being sent. See messages below.

    I have not made any changes to my configuration.
    1. I DID NOT disable email notification to admin in settings.
    2. My email addresses are correct.
    3. I have WP Mail SMTP Lite installed and it has been working fine for almost a year now. I receive all other emails, contact forms, Sucuri and Updraft updates, etc.
    4. Spam folder not applicable as the Hotel Bookings plugin provided the messages above.

    Any insight would be great.

    The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin always sends booking notification emails to the customer and admin.
