Payment by non-guest

Hi,

Am I correct in thinking that the guest name and details from the original booking are used for the Stripe payment details in the booking request payment? I have had an issue where someone other than the guest wanted to pay the remaining balance but was unable to do so. The guest was able to pay. If this is the case, is there a way to accept third party payments?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your question. The fields of Guest Name and other ones from the checkout form are not used for Stripe. Actually, any other person should be able to pay the balance due payment. Perhaps there was some issue with the card or bank when the third-party person tried to pay the remaining amount.
