Override email layout files

Hi,

Is there a way to override the following files :

motopress-hotel-booking/includes/emails/templates/email-styles.php
motopress-hotel-booking/includes/emails/templates/email-header.php
motopress-hotel-booking/includes/emails/templates/email-footer.php

This would be very useful in order to be able to customize email templates sent to customers / admin.
