Hiya,
I’m using hotel booking + woocommerce + motopress woocommerce plugin + payu payment gateway in sandbox environment.
All stages of test order work smooth, payment is recorded on sandbox merchant side, I get redirected back to my website confirmation page.
BUT order doesn’t get confirmed in Woocommerce>Orders and Booking>All bookings .I would have to manually approve it, Confirmation Mode>Confirmation upon payment and payment is enabled and transaction/payment recorded as completed on merchant side.
Could you please help me to find solution.Kind regards,MaciejHi Maciej,
Thank you for your question. It looks like merchant side does not notify WooCommerce to change status of Order to completed. Could you try to add WooCommerce product and try to purchase it using WooCommerce only? Does it work properly?
