Hi, is it possibile to create multiple admins with differents properties and with the possibility that every admin can edit or insert their properties without interference on each other ? Something like booking.com ?

Unfortunately, there is no multi-vendor functionality in the Hotel Booking plugin at the moment. We do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it as well. If there are more requests from other users, we might implement this feature in one of the plugin future updates.
