How to make state in booking address optional

With the option “Full address fields are required for reservation.” turned on, how can I make it so “state” is an optional field. As it’s not widely adopted here in the Netherlands.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no option to disable State field when ‘Full address fields are required for reservation’ option is enabled.
We’d recommend to rename it for some alternate definition used in Netherlands e.g. Region, District, etc. You can rename the field by editing translation of Hotel Booking plugin.
