Feature Request – Add Blocked dates to ICS file

I’m trying to block out an entire season for one of my accommodations and have that block sync with all other booking platforms via iCal.

On another thread J. Davis says that blocked dates don’t export (why?!) and that you should create a fake booking if you want to block dates. The problem is that in our case this means creating 3-4 bookings to block out an entire season, since we’ve set a 30 day limit on booking length (for customers) that I can’t seem to override from the back end.

Every other platform I’ve ever used exports blocks or gives the option, so I’m really not sure why this feature isn’t already included. I’m really glad that I checked to see if it was exporting.

Hello Chrissy,

I have no idea if this can help you, but I see an option to ‘Export admin blocks’ under ‘Accommodation -> Settings -> General -> Calendars Synchronization’. Let us know 🙂
