Customer address not in booking

recently launched new version of site. We noticed that the customer address is not showing up in the booking or the customer info.

Checked setting and place several test orders. Address is required to process a payment, but its just not showing in order.

any idea?

P.S. the customer address does appear in the woocommerce order under billing address.

Hi Thomas,
I’ve tested the 4.10.2 version and the address information was saved in Customer and Booking. The address information may not be saved in Customer if you use the Checkout Fields add-on only. Could you submit a request to our support team and refer to the current topic so we can check the configurations of the plugin on your site?
