Change Text in the Details of Accomodation listing

Hi, I would like some help as I want to change the text on the accommodation page.

I would like to change the text Adults to Max adults and change the Children to Max Children.
Also at the amenities, I got them to look like bulletins but I want to remove the (,) and I can’t get it to work.

You may change any desired text using Loco Translate plugin. Kindly refer to this example on how to do that.
As for the coma sign between amenities, you may easily get rid of them by following directions from this article.
