Calendars not syncing all reservations "500 Internal Server Error"

I have my calendars synced with Airbnb and Homeaway. For some reason which I cannot fathom some bookings are not getting synced. When I click on “Sync External Calendars” I get the following error message:

“500 Internal Server Error
An error occurred while processing this request.

Website owner? Check your code and/or debug log. If you need assistance, contact support.”

I have tried deleting the ical links and importing them again, Ive tried just having Airbnb or just Homeaway but neither worked.

Can anyone help?

Hi Steward,

This problem may appear if you are using an older version of the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin. Please, update the plugin to its latest version (3.0.3) and the 500 error should be fixed.

Thanks that seems to have sorted it. Thats a relief.

I am glad that it helped. The error should not appear again, but it will still be a good practice to delete the sync logs from time to time.
