how to view calendar without log in to wordpress?

How can I let family members see the calendar so they know how many people are coming, without them having to log into wordpress?

Hi James,
Your family members can use the mobile application to view the bookings and calendars. You can learn more about it by reading this article https://motopress.com/blog/hotel-booking-mobile-application/
As another option, you can look for a desktop or online calendar solution that allows you to import bookings from an ical link. Our plugin offers ical links at Bookings > Sync Calendar. You can copy them and paste to such a solution to let it import bookings from your site and display them in a single calendar.

I did not see any free calendar to be able to use.
The little app for the phone is realy great.
Even if you workers log in to admin panel they would not nothing besides room number and dates. There is very importent information missing number of people
I was thinking about just taking image and sending to workers.
Unfortunately you can not learned from our Hotel Booking Calendar any think besides check in and out days and room.
Ofcourse I’m talking about synchronse reservations, not the one which made on your website or by you.
While ago I tried to copy information but it was wipe out soon the page refreshed.
Our reservation form has section “Reserved Accommodation” which is completly usless and misliding. I’m sure avery of us knows exactly for how many people rooom X is for.Maybe we vote for adding place in calendar which will be visible upfront NUMBER PEOPLE and what beds (single double)
WE renting mostly on Bookong.com and you can print every schedule for day week or month. Very usful.
