I apologies for posting this here. but, I have been waiting for over a week to hear from my support ticket and I am getting desperate to get this sorted.
My main problem is that the calendar is showing completely full for March and April, however, when I search for availability on those months, it says there are 4 accommodations available.
This booking system was previously working perfectly so I am unsure if some of the settings have been changed or perhaps the synced bookings are not being taken into consideration. Basically, I’m not sure what the problem is.
I would really appreciate a prompt reply with this as I said above, I have waiting for support via another ticket for over a week.
