Blank page on payment request

    I installed the payment request plugin per documentation and it shows activated. I sent an email to a guest via the ‘send payment request now’ button to request payment the final payment prior to checkin. When the guest clicks on the link in the email they get a blank page, ie website header and footer present but blank page instead of details of payment required and a link to pay.

    When I installed the plugin the documentation indicated there would be an option to automatically generate the payment age but this did not occur. I suspect this is related to the problem above.

    Any advice on how to correct the blank page issue, preferably without manually building a page?

    Hi David,

    1. Make sure that [mphb_payment_request_checkout] shortcode exists on this page.
    2. Make sure this page is set in Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > Payment Request Page.

    I am facing the same issue right now. My page has the shortcode above and nothing is displayed when my bookings click on the link.

    Any Ideas on how to fix that?

    I just started having the same issue. The shortcode is on the page and I updated the Payment request Page. Still just get a basically blank page that shows the top nav bar and the page title ‘Payment Request” with a white separator bar below it and nothing below that.

    I’m sorry, in my previous reply, I meant to update the Payment Request plugin. If this does not help, you may submit a request to our support team, referring to the topic, so we can investigate it further.

    The Payment Request plugin is fully updated, as is the rest of our site.

    I will submit a request, but sure seems like support should be looking into this. Isn’t having more than one person report this isn’t enough to initiate a support inquiry into why this is happening?

    I’ve found that the Hotel Booking plugin needs to be updated for the Payment Request to work correctly. Please check my reply and update the Hotel Booking plugin. Thank you.
