Capability to bill and to manage all the bookings

Hi, im new with hotel plugin.
My client has like 15 rooms (are boat hotels). Im making a site for him, he already have an account on booking.com, so the idea is that both calendars be syncronized (i now it is possible with this plugin). But the main question i have, is with the BILLING.
My client need to manage all his bookings, in one place, and from there make the bill for the client. I dont know if im explaining this well, but i want to know if Hotel Booking has the capability to bill and to manage all the bookings (including the ones from OTAs).
