Activate Theme License

Hello,

I have tried activating the theme license however it isn’t being accepted.

I am getting: Invalid license.

As I can see you have purchased Aquentro theme and Checkout Fields add-on for Hotel Booking. Please make sure you are using correct license key for the theme, you may get it right in you personal MotoPress account: under the Purchases tab click “View Licenses” link next to the Aquentro theme purchase in order to get the license. If you still face difficulties with activating the license, feel free to submit a request to our Help Desk.

Hello, Ashley!

Please try copying the key and pasting it to any text editor, in order to check that the key is correct and there are no spaces before and after the key. After that, navigate to the License tab, clear the License Key field and save changes. Once it is done, paste the new valid key without any spaces and save changes once again – this should work.
If the issue somehow persists, kindly submit a request to our Help Desk.
