Update available, but Download failed. Unauthorized.

As the title says, I can’t update the Reviews plugin. My other plugin updates went smoothly. I still have about 9 months for my license.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Greg,

Make sure the license of Reviews addon is activated under Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > Reviews

Or it is possible to upload files of newer plugin version directly to your server via FTP connection.
