Should Pending dates show up in sync / ical?

Should pending dates show up in the ical for sync with airbnb, booking.com? If so, I’m running it an issue where they do not get exported.

Thanks for your question. The bookings with confirmed status are added to iCal file. The pending bookings should not be added to the export file.

Hi John, is it possible to submit a feature request so pending bookings can also be exported in the iCal. Perhaps an admin toggle to enable?

Maybe bank transfers are less common in certain parts of the word but it would be nice to allow pending to be exported as booked to other platforms (airbnb).

In this example someone pays via bank transfer. Customer makes booking and select wire transfer, booking is set to pending. By doing so, they commit to wiring the money within an agreed upon time-frame. This happens in disconnected systems. When the payment arrives on the merchant’s account, the booking is confirmed.

During this process, we would like to reduce double booking on other platforms.

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for your request however this is how other OTAs work. The inbuilt Bank Transfer gateway applies Confirmed status to the new added booking. Thus it is added to iCal file immediately.
