Modify of the flow service booking

Good Day,
I was thinking if there is a way to change the “order” of the service booking.
What we would like to achieve is:

1. Customer choose a SERVICE to book
2. Customer can then choose ANOTHER SERVICE to book or more than one
3. Customer then receives the total of the services
4. Customer at the end chooses the day and the hour and books the appointment.

Yes I have read Your tutorial previously.
If Your plugin cannot do it, it is a pity indeed as one customer should have the possibility to book more services simulteneously before choosing the availability, so they can choose the date when all the services requested are available for that date in particular.
IF there are no chances to do it, I’ll unsubscribe from Your service.
