Hi, Tilman!

In this case add below code as well:

.mphb_sc_search_results-wrapper .mphb-room-type-facilities {
	display: none !important;
}
.mphb_sc_search_results-wrapper .mphb-room-type-categories {
	display: none !important;
}

This will hide categories and room type on Search Results Page.
