Resize, edit or delete menu

Hello.

As soon as one installs the theme, a header gets on top of the hero image.
This header has a significant height that takes my hero image too far down my landing page, how can I edit those header margins?

I also looked around for a way to just take it out and create a new header, but I can’t seem to find where to delete it. Could you help me find a way so I can either delete it or make it disappear?
