Non refundable last-minute

Hello, I would like to have a function when the person books at the last minute and I would like the payment to be non-refundable. When the person books 30 days before arrival, it is refundable. But how can I have this option? Waiting for your response. Thanks in advance! Sincerely

Hi Jennifer ,
The plugin does not submit refunds. Only the owner can submit a refund manually from the account of the payment gateway. Thus you may describe the cancellation policy somewhere on your site and submit refunds manually according to this policy.
