Hello, i’m setting up a b&b website and it’s all working good except for the refund issue. I’m using a sandbox account with paypal to test the payments and when i cancel the reservation via mail i can’t see any refund. I’ve waited 12 hours. I’m getting crazy 🙂 please help me!
The money are not supposed to be refunded automatically when a guest cancels their booking through an email link. A refund is managed through the PayPal dashboard and the statuses are changed manually.
