Extra functionality for blocking calendar days

hello,

i use a lot the block calendar accommodations function.
Can you add 2 functions to make it more user friendly please:
1. add new rule – adds new rule on top of the list in stead of under the list
2. selection possibility on accommodation, to understand quickly which rules in time you have made for an accommodation, currently scattered on various places in the list view

If you have a lot of rules it is currently confusing and to much to scroll down when making new rules

I hope you can put it on your development list
