I have my check out email set to send 1 day prior to actual check out date but it is being sent 2 days prior. When guests check-in on Friday for 2 nights, they are getting the check out email on Friday around 9:30pm.
Is Notifier using a time zone other than our property’s time zone?
Can this be fixed so the emails get sent at a certain time? Or at least make 1 day prior to check out equal 24 hours before the check out time in the correct time zone?

By default the Notifier add-on sends notifications X days and XX hours before the check-in/check-out date. In your case it is 1 day and XX hours, which equal to 12 hours. This is why notifications may be sent earlier than expected.
The timezone does not affect the notifications sending time and unfortunately there is no option to set notifications to be sent some hours before/after the check-in/check-out date.Regards,

Text in [ ] below are the fields that can be edited. Days cannot be changed to hours and an hours field isn’t listed separately:
Trigger [1] days [Before] [Check-out]

That is correct, there is no option to set the number of hours, however, this is how the plugin functions by default. Unfortunately, this can not be changed in any way. The interval of 12 hours is added automatically and it may happen that the notification arrives some hours earlier/later than expected.
