I have the system set to take a deposit. Is it possible for the system to take the deposit of the total for the room nights + the extra items (eg, late check in) rather than a percentage of everything?

Or is it possible to add extra but charge on arrival and not take the fee as part of the deposit?

Hi Keith,

I think you can mange this with Confirmation Mode – ‘by admin manually’. Then you can control this on your own.
I’d also appreciate if you describe your real situations more detailed so we could better understand what exactly you need. Usually it is better with real examples and situations. Thank you.
