Visual builder don´t stop loading

Hi,

I bought the visual builder yesterday. When I try to open or create a new page with visual builder, it don´t stops loading (just the rotating gears appear).
I read a lot in other posts, tried everything out and I found out, that it´s caused by the installed theme.
I have to use that theme (bought it for around 70$) and hope we can find together a solution (otherwise is there a possibility for a refund?).

I’m sorry team. The problem was that I was in “Code mode” instead of Visual Mode. May be this info could help others. Thanks and again sorry!
