Hi,
Translate emails with TranslatePress doesnt work for me. Could You please let me know how can I do it properly? WPML is not an option because I paid for TranslatePress already. The best option is to set each email to different language separatly because it gives the best option to control full translation by myself. How can do that?

If someone places an order in English or Spanish (that’s how I have it set on the site) then I want all communication to go in that language even if I trigger the sending of an email manually from admin menu (I have Polish set in the admin menu). Why is this the case? After all, someone who ordered a room in English it makes no sense to send him an email in Polish because he won’t understand it and that’s how the email sending currently behaves. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I should set something extra?

The Hotel Booking plugin has not been tested with Translatepress so far. You may try contacting the authors of this plugin and ask if they have a tool like String Translate from WPML. This is how the email can be translated.
As for the manual notifications, the email is sent depending on the language that is selected in the profile of the admin who sends this message. So you can go to your profile, change the language, and then send an email manually. It works with WPML, however, it was not tested with Translatepress. - AuthorPosts
