If you book a week from Saturday to Saturday the system will take the rate of the previous week on the first Saturday. How can I adjust this so that it will take the correct rate for the upcoming week?

If the first Saturday falls on the date with different rate, then that exact rate will be applied to it, as the rates are applied to specific dates, not days of the week.
