I have manually added a payment to charge the customer for the balance owing (payment for the deposit was processed) however it did not charge their PayPal account for this added payment.
When looking at the payment history, it is showing the status of that balance as “Completed”.
What needs to be done to charge the customer’s Paypal for the balance owing?Hello Carl,
I would kindly ask that you submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.
