    Hi,

    when I try to load the editor I get the following error

    ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined.
    Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36
    Platform: MacIntel

    Could you advise?

    Hi James,

    Make sure you have not enabled Under Construction mode using .html files or server redirects that prevents preview draft pages. If it is enabled you should switch it off and install some Under Construction plugin from WordPress.org.
    If the error persists you can submit a request to our support team.
