Menu Items(admin) break(css) in mobile

Hi there,

It seems that the menu items in backend are not responsive. When viewing menu items from phone it looks weird unlike other post types or default wordpress post types

Can you please let us know how to fix this ? Or if not will you able to prove an update to fix this in the upcoming 1-2 weeks ?
