Inserting shortcode – Categories are not displayed

Hi, When I go to insert the shortcode into a page there are NO categories listed for me to choose from even though there are 8 categories in the list when I go to the Categories section.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, All sorted.

I found the problem was that the “Menu Item” had not been “Published”. It was still saved as a “Draft”.
