ParticipantHi
Love the Content Editor. I have one question regarding SEO. On a normal WordPress page images are recognised as images by SEO programs such as Yoast, and earn you positive SEO points (!). I assume Google recognises them in the same way.
However, the way that Motopress WordPress Editor puts images into a page appears to mean that they are no longer recognised as an image for SEO. I suspect this is because the image URL is no longer in the page.
Are my concerns correct? Any workarounds for this?

KeymasterHello Matthew,
Such SEO plugins like Yoast do not recognize shortcodes. While the image is the shortcode [mp_image…] SEO plugin can’t validate it.
At the front-end the shortcodes are rendered and image looks properly for SEO. There is either title and alt text from your media-library:
<img class="..." alt="Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit." title="sports" src="...">
