HTML in emails

Hello, I’m configuring my notification emails in HTML (using the text editor), but when I save, the single and double quotes gets escaped.

I believe this should be a bug. Even the formatting and images inserted using the visual editor gets messed up when the settings are saved.

That said, is there a way to configure the emails as a template override like in WooCommerce?

I don’t get when the /templates/emails/ stuff get used – it still takes from the settings even though I try to override it my theme in /motopress/appointment/emails

Thanks for contacting us. I’ve replicated the same behavior and forwarded this case to our developers. Meanwhile, you may try to add the tags without using quotes (HTML might work without quotes).
