Gallery will not open Lightbox with Divi

Hello,
I’m having an issue with a hotel booking site. The page was created with the Divi Builder, and the corresponding plugin was used for clean integration. Opening images from the gallery in a lightbox is enabled in the settings. The same applies to the Divi module for the image gallery. I have tried all three options (Link to Default, None, and Link) for the module, but the lightbox still does not open. What is the reason for this?
