Hello,
when the Payment method “pay on arrival” is enabled, but we also want the customer to pay a deposit, this does not seem to work together.
The customer will see an invoice with full amount and deposit to pay on arrival, and he will not see instructions or be able to use online payment methods to pay the deposit.
Perfect solution: Customer has to choose an online payment method to pay the deposit and will receive an invoice email about the balance due to pay on arrival.

It is possible with our great WooCommerce Payments add-on, which I have mentioned in another topic you started. It allows to have the deposit paid online and then send the link to pay the remaining balance due in the set number of days before check-in.
