Site or service that will have the customer e-sign

I’m trying to integrate some kind of site or service that will have the customer e-sign (or sign and email) a document (be it a contract or whatever) when they book, so that for example, if we take deposit and they don’t show up, and then they contest it, we have signed documentation saying they agreed to us keeping the deposit..

or something along those lines.. any ideas? suggestions?

Hello Jeffrey,

There is no exact functionality to sign any contacts/documents, however, you may use the Terms & Conditions link to have your guests signing some kind of document confirming they agree that you keep the deposit. You may add a link to some kind of online document, where your guests will be able to fill in their personal information and sign it, e.g. PDF or Google Document.
