categories wont show in "menu page"

Hello team!
I’m testing out the plugin in a webpage: link! .

I’m just wondering why the categories grid wont show, it’s just loading the posts with the categories.

Any help or guidance is much appreciated.

I’m not sure I understand your question correctly. Could you specify it more detailed? What you have already done and what you want to get as result?

When I generate a shortcode todisplay categories in my menu page, it shows the products.
I would like the user to see categories and then choose the products under that category, here is the shortcode on the page: [mprm_categories view=”grid” categ=”3,4,10,11″ col=”6″ categ_name=”1″ feat_img=”1″ categ_icon=”0″ categ_descr=”0″ desc_length=””]
