Bookings “Customers” and Woocommerce “Customers”

    I have installed the Hotel Booking plugin and the Hotel Booking Checkout fields extension. I am still in the middle of configuring it, but I have a question.

    Am I missing something because it seems that the Bookings customers do not appear in my Woocomerce Customers list. Can the plugin be configured to populate the Woocommerce database? If so, how?

    Hi Georges,
    The Hotel Booking plugin is a base plugin and does not require WooCommerce by default. If you use the HB WooCommerce Payments add-on to let the guests pay for reservations by other payment gateways you still use it as a payment gateway, so all customer information is stored in Hotel Booking’s Customers and can not be merged with WooCommerce.
